In response to this from clients with self-managed sites who may not be conversant enough with, don’t have the resources, or simply can’t find the time to update and maintain their wordpress site and environment we have created a new monthly plan service for our clients to offer a choice of investment in site security, optimisation and upkeep.

This ensures your site and it’s platform are not only current and secure, it can go all the way to regular strategic development, in line with a marketing plan, and really communicate.

With no lengthy contract commitment it leaves you or your staff free to do what you do best – at minimal cost.

WEBSITE MAINTENANCE PACKAGES

We offer a 3 tiered website maintenance package so you know exactly what you are paying for. You can choose a package that best suits your requirements and as your needs change you can move up or down the tier.

All packages are purchased on a rolling 3 month contract (e.g. requiring a 3 month termination period)

ESSENTIAL

@ £40 + VAT per month

  • Regular updates to core WordPress package

  • Monthly updates to all WordPress plugins

  • Monitoring of WordPress installation for security issues

  • Monthly backups of WordPress

  • Email support for content issues such as ”how do I?” type enquiries. If you prefer fixes by us they are simply charged at standard rates.

ENHANCED

@ £120 + VAT per month

As per Essential package plus:

  • 2 hours of developer time per month

  • Broken link report

  • Weekly backups of WordPress

  • Monitoring of Google integrations (Analytics, Webmaster tools) for required updates

  • Monthly Analytics Visitor reports

DYNAMIC

@ £200 + VAT per month

As per Enhanced package plus:

  • 4 hours of developer/designer time per month (usually £40 + VAT per hour)

  • 2 hour workshop with Creative Director – twice yearly – to improve your website/content
